Responsibilities:

  • • Execute all administrative tasks assigned by the Group Chairman & CEO
  • • Schedule appointments, handling calls and organizing the agenda as appropriate
  • • Welcoming visitors and business partners of the Chairman, act as an intermediary between the Chairman and/or the public and other business relations
  • Ensure the proper functioning of the front desk, guide and help visitors upon their visit and enquiries
  • Providing reports and presentations upon instructions of the Chairman
  • Maintain a comprehensive filing system for the Chairman

 

Experience:

  • At least 2 years of working experience in the same field
  • HSC and/or Diploma in Secretarial studies or a degree in Business Administration

 

Other Requisites:

  • • Trustworthy and committed to work
  • • Fluent in French and English languages, written and spoken
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and within very tight deadlines
  • Neat and outgoing personality
  • Flexible and proactive
  • Ability to work odd hours
  • Holder of a valid driving license

 

Responsibilities:

  • • Greet customers politely and assist them in their choice of products
  • • Answer incoming calls promptly and respond to enquiries with a strong focus on customer care
  • • Maximise sales of NOKIA mobile phones, accessories and ASUS notebooks and netbooks
  • • Manage stock, provide sales and stock reports
  • • Conduct live demonstration of gadgets upon request of corporate customers on site

 

Experience:

  • At least 1 year of working experience in the same field
  • HSC 

 

Other Requisites:

  • • Fluent in French and English languages with a clear speech
  • • Strong interpersonal skills
  • • Neat and outgoing personality
  • • Customer service focused
  • • Interest in IT field, mobile technology
  • Flexible and proactive
  • • Ability to work odd hours and in different outlets around the island
  • • Preference will be given to candidates residing South region
